The provincial capital of Innsbruck with its numerous sights and the climatic health resort of Igls with its bobsleigh run and Patscherkofelbahn can be reached in a few minutes. The historic Ambras Castle is also nearby.

The 9-hole golf course Lans is situated right next to the apartment house. Bicycle and hiking trails lead directly past the house. Lanser See offers fun and relaxation for the whole family, summer and winter (ice skating). The forest playground Lans including pump track leaves our little guests with an unforgettable experience.

The Patscherkofel ski area invites you in winter with perfect ski slopes and the world-famous Olympic downhill run, as well as the possibility for snowshoe hikes, ski tours and tobogganing. The area also offers many other activities such as skeleton, bobsleigh, curling, horseback riding, tennis, a Kneipp facility and much more.
